This Saturday at the brewery: Orchard on Fire Smoked Apple Porter.  We were lucky enough to find some unique barrels for this one. Originally used to age bourbon, these American oak vessels then held hard apple cider before our brewers got their hands on them. This beer spent nearly a year in these barrels before we added local apples and just a touch of cinnamon to add to this beer's warming complexity.
